The Black & White Plaid fleece vest is perfect for the holidays AND ideal for extra warmth around the house on a winter’s day or to take the chill off in an air conditioned home. Mock turtleneck. Velcro belly closure for easy on and off. Darted in all the right places for a sleek fit. The Sweater Vest style is designed to be a little shorter and does not cover the rear. The trim lines stop around the front of your hound’s thigh. See size chart below. No need to remove for potty breaks for male or female.

Sizing: (Does not cover the rear)
S/M = Fits Girth of 16" – 17.5" inches (largest circumference of chest). Length is 10 inches (from base of neck to base of tail).
M/L = Fits Girth of 18" – 20.5" inches (largest circumference of chest). Length is 11 inches (from base of neck to base of tail).
If you do not have a tape measure, use a piece of string. Wrap a string around the largest part of chest and mark it. Lay the string out flat and measure with a ruler or yard stick.

By far, the best fitting item I have purchased for my 14.5 year old Iggy. We live in New England and the winters can be tough. She is comfortable in it all day in the house, and I don't have to worry about her wiggling out of it because it fits so well. Its soft, high quality fleece is perfect. I will definitely be ordering more. For reference, she is 12.5 pounds and the M/L size fits perfectly.

Hello Gina Thank you for sending the coat and and an extra coat I am going to send them back so you can resell them My Italian greyhound is much longer than the coats I mentioned that from head to neck he is 18 inches We live up here in New England and it gets very cold and he must be covered His hips are very important But thank you the 2 coats look great
